Our Client is looking for leaders with a passion & focus in Change Management in Seattle, Portland, & Boise. Their focus in 100% on Change Management and people centered project management. You will work with your clients, helping them articulate their change climate they are facing now and prepare and adapt for what’s coming with better, smarter, faster routes for change. You will be part of the client-facing delivery work, and quality assurance oversight.

You are part of a team of Change Management experts and people centered project management. You are a true partner to your clients; an extension of their team, in the room, making decisions with them. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty while leading engagements. You have a creative edge which allows you to work across all stacks of leadership. You take initiative; a real go-getter and self-starter. With a unique blend of change thought leadership, user design principles, graphic art capabilities, and data visualization techniques, you will make change real and sustainable for your clients.

Fast forward a year, what will you be doing?

You are leading and managing accounts. You are working with new client as well as anchor clients. You will be mentoring other people on the team. You are managing multiple scopes of work. You have been instrumental furthering our client brand. You are speaking at events and conferences. You are seen as a subject matter expert in Change Management. You are well networked. You are sought after by your clients and colleagues because you’ve developed a respectable brand for yourself.  You are happy.

How will you get there?

30 days:

  • Onboard with your team

  • Meet the leadership team in the various offices

  • Identify areas to get involved on projects

  • Understand their processes and culture

  • Start to build relationships with the clients

  • Partner with leaders on market strategies

 

90 days:

  • Deliver change work at a client

  • Recognize as a leader internally and with clients

  • Network within the entire company, building relationship with the teams

6 months:

  • Leading multiple projects or 1 big project

  • Mentoring and coaching

  • Providing input for the company’s strategy

  • Developing strategic plans for your account, solutions or team

What you will need:

  • Experience in leading change management activities on a large project or program

  • Exceptional project management skills including the ability to manage work, budget scope, priorities and risks

  • Proven track record of gathering end user impacts and create change, communication and training plans

  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments as well as quickly adapt to changing priorities and project direction

  • Desire to join a growing team and motivated to build a brand

  • Ability to work across various levels in a client environment

  • Outstanding written and verbal skills

  • For the Director level, proven success in managing & mentoring a team as well as selling client work

  • Ability to manage a portfolio of change projects

  • Successfully developed strategies and program manage the change efforts for global size initiatives, high risk and/or complex culture and program environments

  • Designed and facilitate change workshops

  • Ability to drive new business as well as grow existing business

  • Tracked sales opportunities, participate on sales calls and forecast hours/revenue for programs and projects
